Max Southwold ships only to Mainland UK. For delivery of your home accessories and gifts please allow 2-3 days. For furniture items please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org or 01502 725769) to arrange payment and delivery.
All orders over £150 (excluding furniture) qualify for free delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you love your Max Southwold purchase, but understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right. If that's the case, our policy gives you 14 days from purchase of the product(s) to return them either by post (Max Southwold, 23/25 High Street, Southwold, IP18 6AD) or directly to our shop.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and checked, we will contact you to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know of approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days. We are not able to refund any postage charges, but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.
Max Southwold offers a three month warranty on all products; the warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling, and does not cover wear-and-tear on delicate parts.
Sale items return policy
Sorry, but only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to exchange it to the same item.
